Description: Nova volleyball has been recognized as a top rated program in the state. The goal of Volleyball 101 & 102 is to provide early training for Nova youth interested in learning the game of volleyball in a positive and fun environment. 

Volleyball 101&102 is for youth looking to learn how to play the game of volleyball. These sessions are meant to learn instructions related to the game of volleyball  through basic skills and fun development activities. They will learn the basics and fundamentals of the game with current Nova varsity coaches and players. 

What to wear?:
Gym shoes with laces (no Crocs or sandals)
Gym Shorts/athletic pants
T-shirts
*Optional - knee pads*
