Description: Open to girls in grades 7-12.  This program is an MSHSL activity and requires a current physical on file with the school.  Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of exam, need to be signed by a physician and include a clearance to participate in sports. Practices are Monday - Friday and some Saturdays.  After school times are scheduled between 4:00-5:30PM. One way buses are provided to most meets. Summer 2024 running schedule here.

Thursday, September 26: Farmington Cowbell Invite (Varsity & JV combined 5k), Dodge Middle School, 4200 208th St. W., Farmington

Wednesday, October 2: Gryphon Invite (Middle School 2800 meter, JV & Varsity 5k races), Gale Woods Farm, 7210 County Rd. 110 W., Minnetrista
